Abstract
With the rapid development of autonomous driving technology, intra-vehicle communication plays a key role in efficient inter-vehicle interaction and internal system synergy. However, the complexity and challenge of in-vehicle communication scheduling in complex autonomous driving scenarios are becoming more and more prominent. An efficient scheduling method is required to meet the transmission requirements of different data streams and provide reliable communication services. This thesis proposes an in-vehicle communication scheduling scheme for autonomous driving based on decision tree algorithm. The scheme utilizes to time-sensitive network (TSN) technology traffic scheduling protocols, IEEE 802.1Qav, IEEE 802.1Qbv, respectively, and then by constructing a decision tree model, the method can intelligently make scheduling decisions based on the characteristics of the in-vehicle communication data, and the attributes in the autonomous driving scenario, which include priority, bandwidth limitation, packet loss recovery, real-time requirements, as well as the key attributes such as network topology and resource distribution. The decision tree algorithm can select the appropriate traffic scheduling scheme based on the importance and requirements of different attributes. Going through these key attributes to select the appropriate traffic scheduling aims to provide feasible and efficient scheduling schemes and to explore in depth the potential application of the decision tree algorithm in scheduling of in-vehicle communications for autonomous driving.
