Abstract
In order to realize the real-time monitoring and timely response control of Power Internet of Things (PIoT) equipment operating status, this paper uses Finite Blocklength Coding (FBC) to meet the requirements of time-sensitive business. However, the traditional delay performance is not a good representation of the timeliness of state update. Therefore, it is very necessary to study the Age of Information (AoI) of the state update system. Firstly, based on the moment generating function of stochastic network calculus, the approximate expression of AoI violation probability is derived. Then, to minimize the information age violation probability, an alternate iteration algorithm is used to jointly optimize the precoding matrix and channel block length. Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can effectively reduce the information age violation probability.
