Abstract

With the promulgation of the equal protection 2.0 standard, there are more and more application systems involved in the evaluation of network security level protection, and the items and data of on-site evaluation are more and more complicated. However, in the traditional evaluation mode, it is difficult for manual operation to effectively use the accumulated data information, and it is easy to interfere with the final evaluation results, which is difficult to meet the actual needs of the current network security level protection evaluation work. In this regard, this paper will carry out in-depth research on the above problems, and put forward a new evaluation scheme of grade protection based on data mining technology, which will provide necessary data support for evaluation decision guidance. Practice has proved that using Apriori algorithm to analyze the relevance of non-conforming evaluation items can effectively improve the execution efficiency of evaluation work and reduce human error. By clustering the historical evaluation data with K-means algorithm, the evaluation results can be classified, and then it is convenient for evaluators to put forward corresponding security strategies to ensure the network security of each information system
