Abstract
Raman NMR and CD spectroscopies have been used to investigate conformational changes as a consequence of the protonation of two dinucleosides monophosphates deoxycytidylyl(3'' 5'' )deoxyguanosine monophosphate sodium salt (dCpGNa) and tymidylyl(3'' monophosphate sodium salt (dTpANa) regarding to the sugar ring to the base as regards the sugar and to the whole structure. 1.
