Abstract
This paper introduces some of our work. First, we completed the preliminary analysis on the change patterns of soil erodent environment supported by DMGIS on the micro-computer and by multi-temporal aerial remote sensing information. And then we extracted dynamic change quantity of 1-D, 2-D, and 3-D and probed the change regulation. We have also computed and analyzed the characters sediment thickness and erodent quantity of four geo-layer faces' loess by using spatial analysis function in DMGIS. From the above you can get some knowledge on the change patterns of soil erodent environment in 30 years and sediment and erodent characters of quaternary loess geo-layer for 2,400,000 years on the loess plateau in China.
