Abstract
Slab carbon-dioxide laser is the most compact system now. The goal of this paper is to consider conditions for abnormal high losses of regenerative amplifier unstable resonator main mode. In this case we can realize phasing without necessity of frequency locking into injector-regenerative system. For these conditions the optimal regime of input and propagation of radiation along regenerative amplifier is considered.
