Abstract
The problems of design and fabrication of the waveguide acoustooptical unit (WAOU) for reader/writer information systems are discussed. During the work elaboration of device construction, computer simulation, fabrication of the unit sample on based Y-cut lithium niobate and its parameters investigation have been done. The comparison of theoretical and experimental characteristics prove about sufficiently precision used the simulator and calculation methods for WAOU designing.
