Abstract
In the submitted work the diffractive model of radiation scattering on a rough surface representing spatial structure of the scattered field as a result of radiation diffraction on the area of a spot on the rough surface is discussed. Roughness parameters obtained from angular dependence of intensity of the scattered radiation and spatial spectrum of intensity fluctuations.
