As the mechanized coal technology and productivity continues to increase sharply, the original coal belt conveyor system
loading capacity has become a constraint to intensive production of the main bottlenecks of mining. In order to meet the
needs of modern production, it is necessary for the original coal feeding system to optimize the design. This paper shows
the design of electrical control ideas, that is mainly using a variable frequency control method. This new model described
here has improved the typical system and has been reformed to allow it to enhance capacity. Safety has been greatly
improved, and the failure rate is significantly reduced.
