18 January 1988 Image Transmission Over Voice Grade Telephone Lines

Abstract
There are various systems available commercially designed to transmit images over voice grade telephone lines. This project was undertaken to compare moderate cost systems. The application of these systems used for the current study was to send radiographic images. The various sytems have different degrees of resolution and transmission speed.
