Abstract

Dr. Carl Patton is a professor emeritus in the physics department at Colorado State University (CSU). Carl has a BS in physics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and an MS and PhD in electrical engineering from the California Institute of Technology (Caltech). After completing his PhD, he joined Raytheon in Waltham, Massachusetts, where he worked for four years before joining the physics department at CSU in 1971.
