Recently the author of this paper presented an application of image-processing techniques to identify and to measure the parameters of the bubble in bubbly flow.1 In this paper, a new technique—a noninvasive measurement, using digital image analysis techniques, based on multiframe record to measure the instantaneous bubble rise velocity—is presented.
