Cloud computing has obvious advantages of flexible deployment, strong scalability and high security. Using cloud computing technology can effectively integrate our existing logistics information systems and information resources, establish a comprehensive, advanced, convenient deployment, stable and reliable military logistics cloud platform. It can improve our information system's comprehensive service capabilities in information acquisition, storage, integration and processing, improve the situation of low compatibility between existing platforms and systems. Based on the main business of logistics support and cutting-edge theory, this paper designs the overall functional and technical architecture of the military logistics cloud platform. It completed the design of the cloud platform management layer, security control layer, and functional implementation layer, with a focus on analyzing and designing the IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS layers. From the perspective of cloud platform construction, the selection of key technologies such as virtual machine isolation technology and dynamic resource scheduling is demonstrated. This study can provide a useful reference for the construction and development of our military logistics cloud platform and logistics informatization in the new era.
In order to solve the vehicle routing problem of material distribution and personnel transportation in military equipment maintenance under various realistic constraints, this study established a mathematical model with the shortest average maintenance completion time as the objective and designed two models under the condition of considering the importance of maintenance demand point, maintenance completion time limit and load capacity limit. A two-layer nested genetic algorithm is designed to solve the above problem. Simulation results show that the algorithm has good iterative performance and time consumption performance, and the results are accurate and reliable, which can provide reliable auxiliary decision support.
