Abstract
The calculation process of the missile electro-mechanical components reliability by using the two parameter Weibull distribution model complexes, and only consider the final expiry time, without considering the change of test data in the process of failure and the effect of changes on the reliability test data calculation. This paper proposes a reliability calculation method of on-board electro-mechanical components based on the test data, by analysing the characteristics of components in mechanical or electrical characteristics index test value deviation and trend, combined with the length of service, to evaluate the health status of electro-mechanical components, and use the evaluation value to calculate the shape parameter and size parameter of weibull, then the two-parameter Weibull distribution model is used to calculate the reliability of computer electrical components. The reliability of the pressure switch is 0.9993 after 9 months of service. It can be verified by example analysis that the calculation method not only takes into account the change of test data during the failure process of electro-mechanical components, but also takes into account the influence of the change of test data on the reliability calculation, and the two-parameter Weibull distribution model is more convenient to calculate the reliability.
