Abdullah Rahnama is currently a research scientist at the National Research Council of Canada, working on the application of novel femtosecond laser processing technology to advance capabilities in the fabrication of various photonic devices inside optical fibers and different glasses. He received his PhD degree from the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Toronto in 2022.
