This paper introduces a Cultural Relics Digital Collection Platform based on RFID and Flutter, a trial of combing IoT with the digital protection of cultural relics, which supports Android, iOS, and Web with one codebase, allowing visitors or researchers to locate one cultural relic by scanning QR code or reading RFID tag. This platform also supports reading RFID tags via Web NFC API. The visitors can view basic information, images, or 3D models of the cultural relic, and the researchers have a convenient method to store, manage and query the cultural relic related data. Museums or institutes can easily provide data sharing and open access with this platform. This platform is also people-oriented, offering a comprehensive accessibility design for specific groups while having a consistent and good user experience across devices with different screen sizes.
