In view of the long response time of integrated energy operation site management and early warning and the inability to quickly solve safety incidents, the narrowband Internet of Things technology is introduced to carry out the research on intelligent management and control design of integrated energy operation site. A comprehensive energy operation site management and control index system is established, and sparse signals are used to represent index transmission signals. Narrowband Internet of Things technology is introduced to transmit site risk control instructions. The joint sparse model and the probability distribution function of safety accidents is used to realize the remote real-time management and control of the safety of the integrated energy operation site. The comparative experimental results show that the new management and control method in the practical application can realize the rapid early warning response to the safety accident problem, and solve it the first time, reduce or even avoid the negative impact of the safety accident on the site operation, and promote the improvement of the safety performance of the integrated energy operation site.
