Roman Ipanov is an associate professor at the Department of Radioengineering Devices and Antenna Systems at National Research University "Moscow Power Engineering Institute", studying in doctoral studies. He received his specialist and PhD degrees in the specialty radiolocation and radio navigation from the Military Space Academy named after A. F. Mozhaisky in 1999 and 2004 respectively. He is the author of more than 60 scientific papers and three inventions. Research interests include the synthesis and digital processing of radar signals.
